Kidoofoot Camp Rules

These regulations define the conditions for participation in football training courses organized by the company GIGACITADINO, LDA.

1. Participants
Kidoofoot camps are open to children aged 9 to 15 years.
Each participant must be registered by their legal representative and have provided the information necessary for their registration.

2. Organization of the internship
The training camps take place in Albufeira (Portugal) from Monday to Friday, with 2 hours of training per day.
The sessions include:

  • technical training

  • age-appropriate physical exercises

  • games and match situations

Each participant receives:

  • sports equipment

  • a diploma

  • a participation medal

3. Participant behavior
Children must behave respectfully towards:

  • educators

  • the other participants

  • sports facilities

Any dangerous, violent or disrespectful behavior may result in exclusion from the course without refund.

4. Punctuality
The parents agree to:

  • drop the children off on time

  • come and collect them at the end of the session

The organizer cannot be held responsible in case of lateness of the parents.

5. Health
Parents must indicate the following during registration:

  • any allergy

  • medical problem

  • treatment in progress

The child must be physically fit to participate in a sporting activity.

6. Injuries and accidents
In case of injury or illness, the camp organizers will be able to:

  • administer first aid

  • contact the parents

  • seek medical help if necessary

7. Equipment
The equipment provided remains the property of the participant.
Participants must respect the sports equipment and facilities.
Any intentional damage may result in a charge.

8. Weather conditions
In case of adverse weather conditions, the organizer may:

  • adapt the sessions

  • postpone training

  • modify the organization of the internship

No refunds will be issued for these reasons.

9. Responsibility
The company GIGACITADINO, LDA cannot be held liable:

  • lost or stolen personal belongings

  • incidents related to undisclosed medical information

  • the participant's failure to comply with the rules

10. Acceptance
Registration for the internship implies full acceptance of these regulations.
